Boxing Autograph World Champion 1916 - Autograph sheet with mounted autograph receipt (12x9 cm) with the original signatures of Jimmy Wilde (GBR; 1892-1969), 1914 European champion and 1916 world flyweight boxing champion; Frank Moran (USA; 1887-1969), fought twice for the world boxing championship in 1914 against Jack Johnson, in 1916 Jess Willard. After his career ended, he became a film star in Hollywood, appearing in over 50 films, including Modern Times. Chaplin; James White (+1927, English boxing promoter); Ernest Barry (1882-1968; five-time world rowing champion 1912-1920); Stephen Donoghue (GBR; +1945; 10x British Jockey Champion 1914-1923); James Dines (GBR; +1968; jockey) and Tom Webster (+1962; GBR, sports cartoonist).
