UEFA Cup Final 1977 Liverpool FC v Hamburger SV - Official UEFA plaque of honor for the DFB on the occasion of the European Cup final, national champions and cup winners 1977 - Supercup. Large, gold-plated UEFA logo plaque (20 cm) mounted on a wooden plate. With attached engraved brass plaque with the inscription "UEFA Super Competition 1977 Hamburger SV - Liverpool FC November 22nd and December 6th" (1:1 + 0:6). Manufacturer: Huegenin, Susse. 35x28cm. Museum piece! --Back with wall hanging. Two plaques were made! On the occasion of the UEFA Cup finals, UEFA awarded these plaques to the national football associations from which the final participants came. The engraved plaques with the pairings were each made in the corresponding national language (this plaque in German or English). From around 2000 the appearance of these plaques changed; the UEFA plaque is made of ceramic and was mounted on a light metal plate.
